I ask since I’m being billed, do I go back to training? My trainer had poor communication so I decided to cancel all together since it’s been a financial headache! They told me I owed them and I said I don’t, I haven’t even been to training because I was told not to by the training manager. Four weeks later I’m charged and crunch is using a different name to charge me under. I’m charged $800 again and they told me to block them at my bank until everything was handled and I was told to not continue training. ![]() I went and spoke to the trainers and they said they corrected the issues. The next billing cycle I was billed $800 some dollars. They changed it to one hour sessions two days a week at $308. I decided I couldn’t keep paying this amount and wanted to see about lowering my plan. I was paying just over $500 for one hour sessions four days a week. I signed up for Personal Training through Crunch. Was told when I went in that I was not the only person going through this, but manager is the only one who has access to cancel membership, feel like something fraudulent is going on here please help. I am asking for your help to cancel membership and recover funds where I did not have access or use this membership because I’ve been trying to terminate it. Do not won’t this to be reflected in my credit as they attempt to keep charging card but have been blocked. Please help me I feel like a woman stuck in an abusive relationship that I can’t get out of. ![]() It’s been six months, I have called several times to speak to manager only to be placed on hold and told he is too busy to come to phone, I have sent email after email trying to resolve this problem still no response, can never catch manager as I get off work too late. ![]() Fast forward several emails, call and In person attempt’s to cancel membership and speak with manager to no avail, I still have not had my membership canceled and had to contact my banking institutions to block this business from charging account. I never received a response back, as crunch continued to charge my account. I then emailed manager again and ask him to refer to the terminology in my emai I wanted to cancel the membership, not place it on hold. I originally first tried to cancel this membership in May, I was told to email the manager and it would be don’t this way as this was their process, after emailing the manager a few weeks past before I got a response that they would put my membership on hold. Hi!! Would love the BBB help in getting some resolution to cancellation of my membership at crunch fitness located in Chino, Ca.
